Please note that if we hold your email address online you are consenting to receiving clinical information about you. This might include blood test results, copies of letters that we send to the hospital about you or other personally sensitive information.
If you do not wish to receive clinical information about yourself via email then do not supply us with your email address.

For example, the kind of requests that you might currently
- Send a request by letter
- Drop a note into the practice
- Fax to the practice
- Telephone reception
These are non-urgent issues that you might expect a response within a few days.
These can include messages to individual doctors with the expectation that they will be dealt with non-urgently over the next few days.
The kind of things you might use email@example.com might include the following:
- cancelling appointments
- prescription requests (although routine repeat requests can now be made directly online)
- asking about test results
- chasing up a referral

This email address is for an email consultation with Dr Philip Taylor. This can only be for non-urgent problems as Dr Taylor will run the ’email clinic’ on 3 days spread over the week.
