I gave that answer as I have experienced such a fantastic service from Parliament Hill Medical Centre for 34 years now. I’m so grateful for my GP and everyone at the practice. They’re like one big caring and happy family. Absolutely wonderful.

From the Dr’s receptionists to my GP Dr Chalmers-Watson, I have been a patient since 1992, the service is absolutely fantastic. I have had a few quite serious illnesses over the years and the care and friendliness yet professional service I have received is one hundred per cent. I have also brought up 3 children over the years and have always found a very thorough and clear precise explanations of illnesses. My GP Dr Chalmers-Watson is absolutely wonderful. There is nothing this Drs practice wouldn’t do for their patients. A wide variety of services is available to patients. This practice offers everything a GP practice should and more. The care they all show is exemplary.

I'm so pleased Beth Friedman is my GP, she has such a wonderful manner, carefully explaining what the she was going to do and treating me with warmth and respect. I left my appointment feeling like she had really listened and responded with appropriate suggestions for follow up care - I could not have asked for more from my GP!

Honestly, this practice is consistently amazing! I’ve only had one complaint in 24 years and that was dealt with very well. I’ve found my experiences of the doctors here wonderful, thorough, thoughtful and impressive. I’m very grateful.

I saw Dr Morelli today. She, like most of the doctors at this practice, is always extremely caring and attentive to my needs. She is very generous with her time, particularly considering the demands upon British GPs. The practice has to be one of the best around and certainly the best in my experience. it’s difficult to find fault with it.

-Helpful reception staff -No issues making an appointment -I would especially like to mention Dr Tully and Dr Morelli. I have had exemplary care from both of them. They are both extremely knowledgable, informative, helpful and approachable. I would like to thank reception and medical staff for the excellent treatment I received yesterday. I phoned 8am for an appointment and was sent the email request form. I completed the form and was contacted very soon afterwards by the duty doctor. Having questioned me about my problem she suggested that I should call in and consult with her in person as I was attending the surgery for my COVID booster. After a thorough and conscientious examination I was advised that my problem was not of immediate concern but if it worsened or if I was overly worried to contact surgery immediately. My husband and I have always been impressed by the amazing service we have received from Parliament Hill practice and feel very fortunate that we signed up when we moved into the area just over 3 years ago. Thank you to all concerned
