Carl has successfully completed his nursing degree apprenticeship, earning a First-Class Honours BSc in Adult Nursing, and is now a fully qualified General Practice Nurse. Additionally, he has taken on the role of Camden Borough Nurse Lead at Camden and North Central London Training Hub, supporting the training of the local nursing workforce with a strong focus on improving recruitment and retention in general practice.
