Travel Vaccinations
When you are considering going abroad please make sure you research the travel/health requirements two months prior to departure.
Further Help
There are Private Travel Clinics that provide wrap around travel advice, prescriptions and vaccination services prior to travel. These include some of our local Pharmacists - Maceys and DH Roberts.
There are some vaccinations available on the NHS and some that are not. Cholera, Polio, hepatitis A and thyroid can be given on the NHS. If you think you are eligible for any of these please will you fill in this form.
Please make sure you note down which country you are going to, which travel vaccinations/tablets you have had before and any allergies you have. Lastly please ensure you detail which vaccinations you hope to get. We will aim to get back to you within 48 hours with an appointment to have the vaccinations.
