Requesting a home visit

Home visits are provided routinely for housebound patients who are unable to get to the surgery. We also work with other community services to support the housebound. All other visits are only made on the basis of clinical need. If you think you need an urgent visit, please telephone before 10am to discuss your situation with the duty doctor. The decision to provide a home visit will be made on clinical grounds. It is normally perfectly safe for patients who are unwell to come to the surgery.
